Welcome to my little corner of the internet!

I’m Tina, fifty-something, Portsmouth-based, and absolutely convinced that the best adventures are still ahead of me.

I didn’t travel abroad until my thirties. I was terrified of flying, convinced sharks were circling every beach, and felt guilty leaving my four kids behind for a week in Spain. That first trip changed everything, quietly, without me really noticing.

Since then I’ve explored Kos, Fuerteventura, Malta, Venice, Portugal and Germany. I’ve stood waist deep in the sea convinced something was coming for me. I’ve climbed Snowdon. I’ve feasted in a Viking mead hall. I’ve got soaked in a Venetian thunderstorm and thought it was perfect.

I travel on a real budget and I share every trip honestly. What worked, what didn’t and what I’d do differently. No glossy filters. Just real experiences from a real woman who started late and hasn’t stopped since.

This blog is my adventure diary, my travel planning hub and my invitation to like-minded souls who want to explore the world their way.

If you’ve ever thought it’s too late to start, it isn’t. Pull up a chair. Let’s go.
